  • How are you affiliated with OFFEO?
    We love OFFEO and are OFFEO endorsed designers, an award to companies who meet the highest standards within the OFFEO community. However, we are not employed to OFFEO in any way, and we do not work on the back-end of the OFFEO platform. Although we will try our best to advise you based on our experience with the platform, concerns about the actual performance of the platform should be directed to OFFEO. HumbirdXOFFEO provides resources to help make your workflow on OFFEO easier, quicker and more creative.
  • How can I pay?
    We currently only accept payments through PayPal. Contact us at info@humbirdmediaja.com if you have issues paying via PayPal.
  • Are there additional costs?
    There are no surprise hidden costs. Based on the plan you purchase, you will have unlimited access to our templates, assets and live trainings as long as you have an active subscription with HumbirdXOFFEO. Should we introduce new services to HumbirdXOFFEO in the future, they may or may not be billed additionally based on the decision of the HumbirdXOFFEO team.
  • What happens after I purchase a Plan?
    Once you sign up and make payment, you will automatically and immediately get access to our HumbirdXOFFEO Member Area where you can access all our templates, assets and live trainings.
  • Does my Plan auto-renew after one year?
    Yes, your subscription auto-renews at the end of one year. You can cancel auto-renewal in your account under the "Subscriptions" tab. You can also cancel your subscription at any time before it renews. You will get a reminder email 3 days before your Plan expires.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds: Yes. We have a 3-day money-back guarantee for all plans. This means that if you purchase any HumbirdXOFFEO Plan, we'll give you up to 3 days to request a refund for any reason. Refunds can only be fulfilled within this 3-day window. Requests for refunds after 3 days have passed will not be fulfilled. ​ To prevent abuse of the platform, refunds can only be fulfilled once per member. If a member requests their first refund and they are granted the refund, then they re-purchase a membership at a later date; they will not be able to receive another refund, even if they are within the 3-day window. Cancellation: You can cancel your plan at any time. However, you will lose access to the platform immediately until you re-purchase your membership. Remember, cancellations outside of the 3-day window do not facilitate a refund. Purchasing a subscription indicates an acceptance of our policies. Request a refund by submitting a ticket here.   • How often are new items added?
    New resources (templates and assets) are added on the 1st of every month.
  • Can I request new resources?
    Our Double X and Triple X members are able to request new templates and assets in the HumbirdXOFFEO online community. While we won't always be able to fulfil every request, know that your requests are prioritized when creating the new resources for the month.
  • Can I sell videos I create to clients?
    Yes, your purchase includes a commercial use license. You are free to create an unlimited number of videos for your own business and also for clients. You are, however, not licensed to resell any of our templates or assets, as is.
  • What if I want to upgrade my Plan?
    Upgrading your Plan means you will need to pay the difference between the price of your current plan and the plan you would like to upgrade to. For example, if you are on the X Plan ($199) and you want to upgrade to the Double X Plan ($399), you will only need to pay $200 to upgrade. You can submit a ticket to request a Plan Upgrade and we will send a PayPal invoice for you to make payment. Upon receipt of your payment, we will manually upgrade your membership in our system.
  • Will you have a lifetime deal?
    Although lifetime deals are great, the simple truth is that it can provide little incentive for companies to invest long-term. We want to keep providing new assets, templates and HumbirdXOFFEO updates for as long as possible, and for us, that is only made possible if we charge an annual subscription. With all that said, there will be no lifetime deals for HumbirdXOFFEO in the forseeable future. NO PROMISES.
  • How can I contact support?
    You can submit a ticket via our Contact Us page. We aim to respond to each ticket within 24-48 hours. Double X and Triple X members get priority support with a 12-24 hour response time.
